Billing questions

How does the 7-day free trial work?
Pick Monthly or Yearly and enter a card; nothing is charged today. You get full access, Excel downloads included, for 7 days. If you do nothing, your plan starts on day 7 and your card is charged $10 (Monthly) or $100 (Yearly), plus any sales tax. Your Billing page always shows the date and amount of the first charge. Cancel anytime during the trial from the Billing page: your access ends right away and you won't be charged. One free trial per account.
Who charges my card?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes your payment, collects any applicable sales tax, and emails your receipts and invoices. Your card statement will show Paddle as the seller.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for: you keep full access until then, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Any payment can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of being charged, with no questions asked. A refunded payment ends the access it paid for. See the Refund Policy for how to ask.
Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly?
Yes, anytime from the Billing page. You'll see exactly what will be charged before you confirm, and your Yearly plan includes the rest of the Monthly period you've already paid for, so nothing is lost or charged twice. A Yearly plan can't be switched to Monthly; it can only be canceled.
Do plans renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly renews every month and Yearly every year (after the free trial, if you started with one), on the card you used, until you cancel. Yearly subscribers get an email reminder 7 days before each renewal.
What happens if a payment fails?
We'll email you, and access pauses until the payment goes through. Sign in and add a working card to pay the amount due; access comes back as soon as the payment goes through.
